Blended Sambo (Russian Sambo)

I put together this curriculum after studying Sambo since 1999. Also have added techniques from arts such as Judo, Wrestling, Catch wrestling, Kali-Silat, BJJ.

I place heavy influence on the ground fighting portion and orthdox/unorthdox take downs, with less emphasizes on the throws. We have many different submissions including Chokes, Armbars, and especially LEGLOCKS.

We have a internal ranking system White,Blue,Red,Brown,Black

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BTT Canada/GAMMA)

BJJ Is the only other grappling art that we teach as a whole, I believe anyone who is truly serious about ground fighting needs to learn BJJ. The system teaches you about body positioning, transitions, escapes, reversals and passes.
